Workshops

Several workshops have been developed to be delivered to groups and organizations. While workshops may vary in length and content, each is tailored to the organizational need. Most are developed using the Personality Dimensions® Awareness Workshop as a cornerstone. This 3 ½ hour workshop provides participants with the tools to better understand their individual strengths and preferences while enhancing their self-esteem. This undertaking will also allow them to better appreciate the differences and styles of others within their work or social environments. While some individuals and organizations find the Awareness workshop adequate for their needs, most organizations have a specific desired outcome they wish fulfilled and will therefore select an Application Workshop based on that desired outcome. Prior to the workshop, a meeting is held between the employer and Richard Parker to determine the needs and outcomes. Results from that meeting will normally lead to one or more of the following workshops which are seven hours in length.

Common Workshops 

Pricing

Pricing for the workshops is based upon factors such as group size, length of the sessions, specific applications and travel costs. A typical 3 ½ hour session is billed out at $550.00 for groups of 20 persons or less. Should the session be extended to the full day of seven hours the price is set at $990.00.

 

Travel and larger groups are usually
negotiated separately depending on location and group size.

 

Pricing for non-profit organizations is reduced and is priced out at a discount of 10% for both a 3 ½ hour session and a full 7-hour day. Travel, accommodations and larger groups are negotiated separately.

Team Building

Project teams are becoming increasingly common, but it takes time to build a great team. Personality Dimensions can facilitate effective communications and shared understanding of team goals and objectives, as well as necessary conditions for personal productivity. The workshop will also help participants recognize the strengths and challenges of various communication styles. Participants learn to adjust their style of communication to be better heard by diverse teammates, improving efficiency and minimizing unproductive conflict.

Leadership Development

Personality Dimensions® is a wonderful tool with a dual focus of:

The workshop developed for Leadership development can assist participants to identify their work styles and preferences, communicate more effectively with subordinates, pees and customers, motivate team members to achieve extraordinary results and facilitate transformational organizational change

Customer Relations & Sales

A Personality Dimensions® workshop can help the sales and marketing team design displays, marketing campaigns and advertisements that better target their customers. Workshop participants can learn techniques to conduct more effective sales meetings, increase sales closures and meet the needs of diverse customers, enhancing understanding of individual styles and preferences, Personality Dimensions® can provide a framework for organizations to reflect on which sales and marketing strategies are working and why, as well as what’s not working and what adjustments to make.

Conflict Mangement
